feat: docs update

• Closes create staging website with chrome store wallet #1320
• Closes DOC: differentiate Official and Development wallet docs #1369
• Closes Not clear the wallets on the Official Fuel Wallet page are the same #1291

General Changes

• Created hooks:
  • useCurrentEnv (client-side) to return current environment for the new env selection dropdown in the Header;
  • useExtensionTitle to standardize how the extension is named between envs;
  • useIsPreviewEnv to standardize when deployments are classified as a preview.

Changes in Docs by Env

All

• Allows download of zip file as-is (i.e. path in same domain), no longer pointing to zip file in other environments
• Removed top-right Install Wallet from all environments
• New section mentioning Staging and Next env docs

Production

• Link to Zip file replaced with link to staging's install docs

Staging

• "Fuel Wallet" is mentioned as "Fuel Wallet Development"
• Install extension button pointing to Development version
• Change the title from "The Official" to "The Development Version of"

Next

• Removed button/link to Fuel Wallet on Chrome Store
• "Fuel Wallet" is mentioned as "Fuel Wallet Development"
