This project was made with the purpose of learning c++. The name is an acronym for Artificial Lifelike Vitalized Automaton, however no Artificial Intelligence is implemented in the project (as of yet). Since it was a temporary project (summer of 2022), not all intended features have been implemented.
The program runs in a terminal. It is set up to know your name and recognizes a list of commands.
- Some Features:
- If connected to internet, it can tell the weather of any city via a weather API. This communication occours through a python script, the C++ part is therefore put in communication through a file read/write system.
- It has a to-do list function where you can keep track of tasks from frugal ones to urgent
- It can be given information about people or events you've been to and this can be viewed later on. The point of this feature was mainly to work with a simple file system in c++.
- (Not yet implemented) Calendar that will display events, birthdays, dates to remember, etc.
