Hello!

With this commit, we add an option to change the speed of fast fowwawd, just like in the andwoid vewsion.

[Input]
SpeedModifier=4
SpeedModifierPlus=11

It's pwetty minow...

Okay, Pom Gets Wi-fi seems to be the perfect game to test this PR:

And it's working fine!
Maybe x1 speed shouldn't be enable, since the user has no feedback about it...? I guess that's not a problem.
