This is a rich set of tools for single-cell sequence analysis, took us a long time to puzzle together (see easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#20116 + vscentrum/vsc-software-stack#214).

It's a bit of a gamble whether this will work in one go, but let's give it a shot :)

Clang build fails with:

g++: fatal error: Killed signal terminated program cc1plus

No surprise, it's quite memory hungry, I'll update the hook to use only half the cores for Clang...

The Clang build now fails in the sanity check because of:

Sanity check failed: Library libhwloc.so.15 not found for /cvmfs/software.eessi.io/versions/2023.06/software/linux/aarch64/neoverse_v1/software/Clang/16.0.6-GCCcore-12.3.0/bin/llvm-omp-device-info

(and a bunch of similar errors).

Looks like RPATH is not set for all binaries; some have RUNPATH instead, some have neither.
