The first release in about 3 years, adding support for boost 1.7, fixing some bugs and adding support to essential features for running a web server.

This release is intended to give developers using Crow something to use (without resorting to cloning the repo) while HTTP/2 support and other larger features are being worked on.

Note: These releases are not official since @ipkn was not contacted during the decision making or development of the releases (although his input was looked at and considered through the various issues and PRs he had commented on).
