Float Documentation
There are two main components of the float, the transmitter, and the receiver.
The transmitter uses a (TODO: Type) transceiver and is part of the float. It publishes data and operates according to the diagram below.

The Float Receiver functions as an on-the-surface companion to the transmitter that's on the float.
