Add check_md_raid2.sh to monitor md software RAIDs (#9)

It's been slightly modified:
 - one can run it with "-k" to not get a WARNING when the arrays
are in resync (a monthly cron job on EL7)
 - in plugin output show md0-md9, not just md1-2, (in the back it
actually checked all)
