Summary

Added Lexend and Public Sans .woff2 files to CMSgov theme.

How to test

  1. Confirm that Lexend (semibold) and Public Sans (Regular) are located in the CMSgov theme.

Checklist

  • Prefixed the PR title with the Jira ticket number as [WNMGDS-####] Title or [NO-TICKET] if this is unticketed work.
  • Selected appropriate Type (only one) label for this PR, if it is a breaking change, label should only be Type: Breaking

@malloryiden Could you include some before / after screenshots in the pr description so we know what to look while testing?

We won't be able to see any visual differences until the two font tickets are completed (One has an open PR, but the other isn't done yet)
