PWS auto ROI drawing code
Based on the paper "U-Net: Convolutional Networks for Biomedical Image Segmentation" by Olaf Ronneberger, Philipp Fischer, Thomas Brox
training.py is used to generate a model from data.
pred_roi.py uses a trained model to generate rois.
autoRoiFuncs.py contains functions that are used in other scripts.
