Adds a GPS module using libgps and gpsd.
Only issue found is that either libgps doesn't report the GPS fix mode correctly or i'm doing something wrong with the API.
Testing
No need to get a GPS receiver, you can test using an android phone and the gpsdRelay app.
Install gpsd and run:
gpsd tcp://<ip-of-phone>:6000
