We need some way of choosing the organization. My suggestion is another select box under any select boxes which are not organization-dependent, and that the select boxes underneath will then (after fetching data from appropriate orgs) contain the data appropriate for the organizations which should be queried
e.g. like this.
In this case, campaign, activity, and place would be populated e.g. with all the activities of the current org and suborgs if "All is chosen", those of a specific org which is chosen, and so on.
One downside to this is that you wouldn't be able to choose specify multiple organizations.
Another possibility is to create a tag-like selection panel where you would be able to choose multiple organization.
Add interface to query suborg data.
