Submission from terminal without going to arena

Is it possible to submit the code directly from the terminal rather going to arena and then compile and then submit,even though I have already tested it using my terminal by executing the file?

To the best of my knowledge, it is not available as of now, as there is no such API of the functionality in the TC arena.
