Flatpak Version Behind

What happened?

Seems the flatpak version is behind (the flatpak file downloaded from the website)

Ive looked at https://github.com/zen-browser/flatpak/releases/ and it seems they are out of date here too. I had a look at the GH actions and it looks to have deployed as part of the previous run.

This is because flatpack releases in batches, do it might take some time to update

It hasn't been updated in 2 weeks (it's still on a28): https://flathub.org/apps/io.github.zen_browser.zen

That seems to take a bit too long.
