Sidebar moves from right side to left side when opening bookmarks menu

What happened?

Whenever I have my tabs on the right and open the bookmarks menu, the tab bar gets shifted back to the left side while still having the "Tabs on Right" setting checked. After the sidebar has been moved the "Tabs on Right" setting stops working until I reopen the browser or use my keybinding to toggle it's position.

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
