Unable to download the wallet. I've tried from 3 different PC's. Electrum 10.4 for ZCL.

I'm getting a message stating that windows cannot extract file

It will download to various sizes, i. e. 9.9mb, 67.4mb, 23.5, mb and then it just stops downloading and a failed msg shows. thats it..l

Assuming you are running Windows are you downloading the file title below at the url below?

It just gets to a random point in the download and stalls out...

so the download starts at approx 128-160kb/s and slowly dwindles to 0 then, the link you sent has the same issue...

If this doesn't work then I am leaning towards it being your network. I am assuming all 3 pcs were on the same network?

I bet you something like an Antivirus is picking it up. Do you have any common software on the 3 machines? Are they the same version of Windows?
