Add support preview incomplete image in Table

Currently truncated images in the table looks like a broken image.
It seems that we should display some content, such as a truncated image text or icon, and show the image in the Cell Preview modal like we show yson/string

SIG UI Weekly discussion:

1. We do need some icon here, which will indicate that it is truncated image (and remove current
   broken image)

2. In case if image format is not support partial display, we should try to show some error about that in interface
