feat(telemetry): send RPC provider on operator startup #1129

Description

On operator start, it sends the current version to the telemetry system. It has to send also the RPC provider.

New data to send:

Http rpc provider
Ws rpc provider
Http fallback rpc provider
Ws fallback rpc provider

Caution

Make sure to do not leak users sensitive credentials
