As raised in work related to CONTRIBUTING.md. GitHub has a standard bug report template that could be a good enough start to get this quickly up and running.

Steps to set up

  1. Repository admin visits: https://github.com/iearn-finance/iearn-finance/issues/templates/edit
  2. Add template: Select (from drop-down), pick bug report
  3. Make any modifications as necessary
  4. Propose changes
  5. Profit
