Image freezes while upscaling and computer freezes

It's exactly as the title says. I use this program to divide the video into frames using cmd, then run the command "realesrgan-ncnn-vulkan.exe -i input1 -o output1 -n realesr-animevideov3 -s 2 -f jpg" to edit the images one by one. While I was doing the upscaling operation, it suddenly stopped and the computer completely froze. Even if I close the window, it's still visible on the taskbar, Task Manager doesn't launch, and the power off button doesn't work. In the end, I forced the computer to restart by pressing the power off button on the main computer. By any chance, what is causing this problem? And how to solve this problem?
