Update subscription at devportal side has no effect in DP side

Updating the subscription plan in dev portal side does not update the related subscription in the DP side.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a subscription in dev portal. view subscription cr in dp. Now update the subscription business plan in the dev portal side and check the subscription cr
