Busy, Please wait until the current fetch completes while browsing a tag

Expected behavior

When browsing a Reader tag, I should be able to scroll down infinitely.

Actual behavior

A gray button "Load more posts" appears inviting me to fetch posts. When I click it, it tells me "Busy, Please wait until the current fetch completes"

Doesn't happen with all tags but it happens somewhat regularly.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Browse tags and scroll down until you see it

Tested on [device], iOS [version], Jetpack iOS / WordPress iOS [version]

Jetpack Mobile, iPhone 15 Pro

The app should schedule the "load more posts" operation after the current sync without interrupting the user's experience.
