💡 어떤 기능인가요?

결제가 실패시 레디스의 재고와 서버의 좌석 점유를 취소하는 보상 트랜잭션 기능을 추가합니다.
결제 정보를 로그로 저장합니다.
결제 api 서버가 장애가 생겼을 때를 대비한 보상 트랜잭션 추가
