I believe the reason why it's not creating a new project might be an internal error in the program or a missing or faulty component in the program. The only solution is to download an older version of WonderUnit Characterizer, which is here: https://github.com/wonderunit/characterizer/releases/tag/v0.3.0. There is another way of "running" Characterizer from WonderUnit Storyboarder, but I have no clue how to do it lol. Hope this helps... :D

This works fine
