Add lint for erb files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
As we have lints for our *.rb, *.js, and *.scss files. We need to add one for our *.erb files.

Describe the solution you'd like:
We could implement this gem erb-lint.

Describe alternatives you've considered:
Perhaps something similar or a gem that can be adapted to our project.

Additional context:
All our *.erb files should be updated in order to close this Issue.
