Hi Please assist as I am getting this error when trying to add a district

Thanks you in advance

1048: Column 'ip_end' cannot be null

Last MySQL query:
INSERT INTO regions (name, ip_start, ip_end, v6net, v6prefix, info) VALUES ('Western Cape', '2887647489', NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL)
