There is another encoding issue with Update-LogicMonitorDeviceProperty
e.g. when using a backslash as propertyvalue it interprets as an escape char and an error appears: LogicMonitor reported an error (status 1007). The message is: Invalid json body - Unrecognized character escape 'I' (code 73)

Added a 'replace' for backslash in the PropertyValues variable. I will leave the issue open for a bit, but it seems to be resolved in my testing.
