在某些情况下，删除操作会出现异常情况

情景一（关键词：会卡模板）

1.创建：

会卡模板 : 测试删除会卡

2.使用情况：

测试删除会卡 ——> 会员1
测试删除会卡 ——> 课程1
测试删除会卡 ——> 教练1 (私教排期)

3.删除会卡模板（测试删除会卡）

删除会卡之前

会员1：

创建团课订单：

创建私教订单：

课程1：

教练1：

删除会卡模板之后

会员1：会卡发生变化，被删除的会卡消失，同时取默认创建会卡的第一张

团课订单：未发生变化，订单依旧有效

私教订单：未发生变化，订单依旧有效

课程1：

教练1：

情景二（关键词：会员）
