How to Contribute

How to Contribute

  1. Fork the Repository: Start by forking the repository to your own GitHub account.
  2. Create a Branch: In your forked repository, create a new branch for your work (e.g., feat/new-feature or fix/issue-123).
  3. Make Your Changes: Implement your changes in your new branch.
  4. Write Commit Messages: Use conventional commits for clear and structured commit messages (e.g., feat: add new user login feature or fix: resolve issue with data parsing).
  5. Push Your Changes: Push your changes to your branch in your forked repository.
  6. Submit a Pull Request: Create a pull request (PR) from your branch in the forked repository to the original repository's main branch.

By following these steps, you help maintain a clear and organized project history, making it easier for maintainers to review and integrate your contributions.

Issue Reporting

If you find a bug or have a feature request, please check the existing issues before creating a new one. When reporting an issue, include as much detail as possible, including steps to reproduce the issue and any relevant information about your environment.

Reviewing and Merging

  • All pull requests will be reviewed by project maintainers.
  • Be responsive to feedback and make necessary changes.
  • Pull requests will be merged once they meet the project's quality standards.
