Android splashscreen not crop and resize from centre outwards. #4

Select a Splashscreen image in PNG format (no transparency) measuring 2048x2048 pixels with the important stuff centred, we'll then crop and resize from the centre outwards.
The output does not crop and resize from centre but only filled background color
screen

Thanks, I think we need two modes really, one for cropping to centered content (which the old version did) and the other for "best fit" (which the new version does). Obviously we also need to update the instruction text.

How to use the "cropping to centered content" mode ? https://apetools.webprofusion.com/#/tools/imagegorilla is not doing in this way

This is confusing. Actually, because of the steps, I thought, Step one was the ICON on top of the full-fill-Step2-Background. Btw: is the webseite version not matching the repo/master branch ?
