Allow HTML for account page "Unauthorized Message" text #1356

It would be cool if HTML, or at least rich text, was be allowed here:
WPUF –> Settings –> Dashboard –> Unauthorized Message

In my case, I wanted to format the message and place a link to login and registration page there.
