wlroots now supports screencopy on vulkan backends but we should however still look into this.

For some reason on my hardware all dmabuf exports seem to be blank and contain no image data. I'm not sure as to why this is occurring. I will try to ask in the sway-devel irc channel and see if we can figure this out.
