Fastping test should report results when interrupted #44

Partial results can be useful without having to wait for the full duration of the test, so we should report on the results collected so far when the amp-fastping test receives a SIGINT (e.g. ctrl-c from the terminal).

This would be the same behaviour as the icmp/tcpping/dns/etc tests.
