submodule sema-check

This submodule will do testing for given targets with given rules.

These will be:

• Folder structure with M task files

  • Each file should contain multiple url
    • Per url there should be X-amount rules to be checked:
      • sema-get (discovery -> triples can be found) rules for sema-check #108
        • Additionally min-amount triples found for pp
        • Syntax error check , by trying to parse them via sema-get
        • Optionally check contents via SHACL validation
      • sema-conneg rules for sema-check #109
        • Optionally check if all variants (MIME-types) from a given alt-profile can be found
        • Check for required available MIME-types
        • Optionally check content-disposition filenames
        • Optionally check contents via SHACL validation
      • LDES rules for sema-check #110
        • Can traverse back into multiple pages
        • If SHACL is given in fragment check if that complies
        • Check caching headers
        • Check if shape of the LDES response complies to the LDES shape from spec if any.

• The rules should be read in via a given folder and then the sema-check will have a factory that will make tasks based on targets #111

• Write the results back in a yml, json ,csv,html files #112
