Hi, @vendethiel !
Sorry for bothering, just wanted to ask if addon will continue to be supported, it's a very decent thing that replaces multiple addons and I appreciate that you created it, I'm even using backported versions for original WotLK and MoP.

Since the arena season for Cata Classic is started, me personally (and the whole community, I guess) would like to know if you are going to support your child :) Could you please let us know if we should start using some alternativies or patiently wait for release.

It would be a pleasure for me to test any alpha / beta versions of the current state and report any issues I could find, but unfortunately, when I try to use either curseforge version or the .zip from github, they both doesn't provide any functionality.

Hi! Sorry, I spent the past week moving and couldn't play much.
The cata update should be ready (thanks to @ManneN1), I'll release the new version later tonight of this weekend at worse.
Sorry for the delay, the timing is sadly suboptimal and most of my things are still packed.

If you want to do some tests, the github version should support cataclysm classic, but there's no packaged version of the addon.
So you'll need to copy the Libs/ folder from the addon you downloaded to the version github zips up.

Please, ignore this message by now.

So far I noticed that when I'm enabling Arena -> Auras tab then the game freezes for 5 sec and any further changes in configuration trigger such freeze.
However, when Arena -> Auras tab is disabled, then further changes in configuration works smoothly.

I will update this comment if I find something else.

I saw you released updated version, thank you very much!

I didn't see it yesterday and that's why continued to use GitHub version and found an issue. When I get a combat then party frames fade out. I didn't try release version yet, I will test it later, but for now just want to share a small clip that contains this behavior. Thanks!

So I've uploaded new version and it works the same.
Steps to reproduce:

  • /gex test2
  • Get the combat from any source
  • Party frame fades out (becomes less visible)

As temporary fix I did the following:

  1. /gex ui
  2. Party
  3. General
  4. Transparency
  5. Out of range alpha = 1

After this even if you are in combat, frames remain the same.
