Create New Case modal is not opened after clicking on button moments after case overview is presented (v12.1.2)

When you click the "Create New Case" button on a case overview moments after the page is presented the new case modal is not opened but the console shows the error. If you wait a little longer and click again the modal opens.

Maybe the button should be disabled until the processDocumentDefinition is available
