Enable depositing and withdrawing stCELO (https://app.stcelo.xyz/) via hooks.

stCELO is already supported in Valora as an ERC20 token.

We recently introduced "Earn" in Valora.
It is fully powered by the hooks platform.

The idea here is to have stCELO part of the earn opportunities by writing the necessary hook for it (and related deposit and withdraw shortcuts)
