Each RT should link to other W|E|M|I templates in a format set. Note that format enumerations such as 'aggregate_printMonograph' and 'printMonograph' complicate this.

Possible to link to related RTs from WEMI RTs? (For example, from relevant PTs, link to Nomen RT.).
