Describe the bug

The Tool must prevent the users to push to GVT if there is a verification fatal error, it needs to use the same workflow as "export XML"

ALL IGs
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Create an invalid IG ( example : IG that reference a Data type recursively)
  2. Click on connect to GVT

Expected behavior
Dialog that display the errors must appears.
Push must be prevented
