Missing oracles

We need to send a DAO proposal to add all the missing oracles on the following networks:

For some reason, BNB and Avalanche weren't included in the previous proposal https://www.tally.xyz/gov/unlock/proposal/5197867276108850754638452366106160587013724784768388781483332671637332902539?govId=eip155:1:0x440d9D4E66d39bb28FB58729Cb4D3ead2A595591

Also for DAI on Base and wBTC on Polygon the oracles were failing.

For Celo and Sepolia, that will be multisig txs as they are not part of the cross-chain gov process
