Describe the bug
Some of the markdown for emails is not supported. The ones that I figured out are not supported are the following:

  • H3
  • blockquote
  • ordered list (numbers)
  • unordered list (bullet points)
  • horizontal rule (put blank spaces, still not working)
  • line breaks
I didn't go through advanced syntax since I can't imagine it to be useful for sending out information to subscribers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'a lock of your choice that you own'
  2. Click on 'Settings and go to Emails, open up Purchase Confirmation Template'
  3. Enter 'Markdown supported text in that template'
  4. See that the listed markdowns above are not working. I tested out the others and they work as expected. Also as Julien suggested for listing items I replaced "-" with "*" but it still doesn't give me bullet points.

Expected behavior
For markdown I followed the provided markdown guide: https://www.markdownguide.org/cheat-sheet/. The behavior didn't match with this guide in the specific actions described above.
