Bugs in afwall 3.6.0 are such that one has to apply the firewall again each time for some apps to be able to work

Describe the bug
Afwall is running already, but you need to reapply the rules (even when
there is no change in rules) for some apps (like sshelper, myphoneexplorer)
to work.
