If you have multiple repositories with this template, it is hard to know which is which as vscode sometimes only displays the project path as the project name

Caused by this issue with VS Code: microsoft/vscode-remote-release#3937

We could either rename "workspaceFolder" to something different for each project configured by cookiecutter or just deal with it. Is there a reason for naming all project folders /project @NickRoss ?
