Not sure if this is the right place for this, so if not please let me know.

Reproduced:

[jpduncan@ln003 ~]$ ssh n0003.testbed0
[jpduncan@n0003 ~]$ srun --pty -A co_stat -p savio2 -t 30 /bin/bash
srun: /etc/slurm/spank/spank_slurm_banking.so: Incompatible Slurm plugin version (18.08.7)
srun: error: spank: /etc/slurm/spank/spank_slurm_banking.so: Incompatible plugin version

Related to INC1289855 and other tickets.
