rpm-ostree changes do not react when another rpm-ostree job is running

After installing it, I realized my apps where missing.

So I layered them again, and then used yaftis AMD fix thing.

That does something with rpm-ostree but just stayed at "loading" or something, because another job was running. It would be good to realize that and then stop the job with a fitting error code
