Description

The uBlock Origin Popup Panel Specific Filter Issue template contains a dead link that was meant to link to the default filter lists.

I had to lie on some of the prerequisites as they are unrelated to the issue template itself.

A specific URL where the issue occurs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Report an issue on a page, leading to this page
2. Click on the default filter lists link

Expected behavior

It should redirect to a valid page.

Actual behavior

It redirects to a 404.
