Update needed to MV3

• uBO is the only extension.
• uBO uses default lists and settings.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Description

I don't want to use Firefox or Adguard. Many feel that way. Adguard was able to update to MV3. Any reason why uBlock can't?
