It is not possible to click an anchor on pop-up on plan select dialog. The regarding pop-up is the one which appears when you hover your mouse on an icon next to "extra email addresses"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the dialog to select a paid plan
  2. Hover your mouse on an icon next to "extra email addresses"
  3. Try to click an anchor link on the pop-up, "on our blog"
  4. Unable to click as the pop-up disappears as soon as the mouse moves out of the icon

Expected behavior
It should be clickable.
