Display language select items in its native language on "Appearance"

Describe the bug
The language select menu should display items in its native language, regardless of the language on UI.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://localhost:9000/settings/appearance
2. Click on the menu Language
3. Change the language into something you do not speak, like Hindi (disclaimer: Hindi is one of the languages which I do not speak)
4. Try to change the language back

Expected behavior
The language name should always be displayed in that language itself.
