Update M2 Advent Calendar

Activity to be updated: M2 Advent Calendar

Summary of changes needed:

• Minimal changes are likely required here to ensure students are still working on relevant topics.
• At a minimum, all the activities should not include reference to classes or OOP
• Consider if activities around purity would be valuable
• Changes to M1 & M3 will be handled in separate tickets

Note
