Check JS Foundations for Default Params

Description

Some students have shown a lack of comfort with default parameters on their mid-mods. We need to ensure that there are ample opportunities for them to use default parameters in JS Foundations.

Task

• Review the existing JS foundations exercises
• Ensure that at least 3 of the exercises require the use of default parameters

• Because of organization access, the linked repository for this issue is not JS Foundations, but that is where the PR will need to be made. Please link the PR in a comment when moving to "in-review"
